Wolf Boy by Peter Charlton is the story of a teacher's attempts to educate and 'reclaim' Victor, the Wild Boy of Averyron in France.
Featuring a cast of Year 7 and Year 8 students, Redfoot Youth Theatre’s reimaging was centred around globalisation and the journey of the refugee, Victor – not wild as the ‘wolf’ would suggest but ‘alien’ as is the assimilation of the refugee.
This heartwarming story delivered an important message of inclusivity and acceptance.
Performance Date: Thursday 4 August, 6.00pm - 7.00pm
